· Be open. If you are asked to do something that goes against your own feelings, standards and values: report this, for example to the board or our confidential contact person. Contact details can be found in our club magazine that is also published digitally on the website. For questions and reports you can also contact the Centrum Veilige Sport Nederland. Also if you are asked to cheat, report this.
· Respect others. You have respect for everyone. For the opponent(s), your teammates, the referee, your trainers, the spectators, volunteers and everyone else. Pay attention to your language and how you present yourself to others. Give everyone the feeling that he or she can move freely.
· Respect agreements. Arrive on time, cancel (in time), listen to instructions and stick to the rules.
· Treat the environment neatly. Do not break anything, respect everyone's property. Leave the changing room tidy. Tidy up the materials. Throw waste in the waste bins.
· Keep your hands off others. Do not touch anyone against their will (outside of normal sports activities).
· Stick to the rules. Read the regulations, the house rules, this TTVV code of conduct and all other agreements, and stick to them.
· Do not undermine anyone's worth. Refrain from discriminatory, belittling or intimidating remarks and behaviour. Do not exclude anyone and be tolerant.
· Do not discriminate. Do not make any distinction based on religion, belief, political persuasion, race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, cultural background, age or other characteristics.
· Be honest and sporting. Do not cheat, do not use verbal or physical violence, do not use doping. Do not participate in fixing a match, competition or record.
· Report violations of this TTVV code of conduct. Report violations of this code to the board and/or our confidential contact person or that of the NTTB. For questions and reports you can also contact the Centrum Veilige Sport Nederland. NB: If someone has shared something confidential with you, call the Centrum Veilige Sport Nederland (Center for Safe Sports Netherlands). We will then discuss what you can do.
· Drink alcohol in moderation after exercising and do not drink if you still have to participate in traffic

Code of conduct for trainers-coaches and supervisors
· Ensure a safe environment. Create an environment and atmosphere in which social safety is guaranteed and experienced as such. Adhere to the safety standards and requirements.
· Know and act according to the rules and guidelines. Make sure you are aware of the rules and guidelines and also apply them. Also enable your athletes to learn more about them. For example, take them to information meetings about doping, match-fixing or sexual harassment. Do not improperly interfere in doping control procedures or investigations.
· Be careful and sincere when stating experience and functions. State all relevant facts when you are appointed as a trainer, coach or supervisor. You can also submit a certificate of conduct VOG.
· Be aware of power inequality and (sometimes) dependency, and do not abuse your position. Do not use your position to exercise power in an unreasonable or inappropriate manner. Refrain from any form of (power) abuse, emotional abuse, physical transgressive behavior, including sexually suggestive comments, touching and/or sexual abuse. No sexual act, contact and/or relationship with minors is permitted. You have a duty to report sexual harassment and abuse.
· Respect the athlete's private life. Do not intrude further into the private life of athletes than necessary. Treat the athlete and the spaces in which the athletes are located, such as changing rooms, showers or hotel rooms, with respect.
· Do not undermine anyone's worth. Refrain from discriminatory, belittling or intimidating comments and behavior. Do not discriminate based on religion, belief, political persuasion, race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, cultural background, age or other characteristics. Do not exclude anyone and be tolerant.
· Be an example to others and refrain from behavior and statements that discredit the sport. Behave politely and respectfully, refrain from hurtful and/or insulting remarks.
· Do not accept favors, gifts, services or compensation to do or not do something that is contrary to the integrity of the sport. If you are offered something to do or not do something, report this to the board.
· Ensure compliance with rules and standards. Ensure that everyone complies with the regulations, house rules and code of conduct.
· Be open and alert to warning signals. Be vigilant and alert to signals and do not hesitate to pass them on to the board or our confidential contact person and/or contact the Center for Safe Sports Netherlands.
· Be careful. Never make information available that has not yet been made public and can be used to place bets. Do not bet on the sport you are involved in.
· Do not drink alcohol during coaching and agree with youth teams that no alcohol will be consumed.

Code of conduct for officials (directors, employees who are not athletes)
· Ensure a safe environment. Create an environment and an atmosphere in which social safety is guaranteed and also experienced.
· Be of service. Always act in the interest of TTVV and focus on the interests of the members.
· Be open. Act as transparently as possible, so that it is easy to account for and provide insight into your actions and motives.
· Be reliable. Adhere to the rules and agreements, such as the statutes, regulations and decisions of the (inter)national association. Use information only for the purpose of the organization. Declare that you will not use confidential information for your own gain or for the benefit of others.
· Be careful. Act with respect and prioritize equal treatment. Weigh interests correctly. Be careful and sincere when stating experience and functions. Handle confidential information carefully and correctly. Substantiate management decisions well, so that there is understanding for the chosen direction.
· Avoid (the appearance of) conflicts of interest. Do not fulfill a secondary function and do not enter into a financial interest that conflicts or could conflict with your function. Discuss any intention to enter into a secondary function or a financial interest in an organization with those responsible. Report financial interests in other organizations and secondary functions. Indicate whether the secondary functions are paid or unpaid. In forms of cooperation and relationships, avoid the appearance of favoritism that conflicts with fair competition.
· Be an example to others and refrain from behavior and statements that discredit the sport. Behave courteously and respectfully, and refrain from hurtful and/or insulting remarks. · Make an intensive effort to ensure that all athletes and supervisors adhere to the regulations regarding doping, sexual harassment and match-fixing and the alcohol management regulations in sports canteens. Athletes and supervisors must be bound to apply disciplinary law, for example. As a manager, you are responsible for drawing up rules of conduct within TTV Veldhoven - together with the members, trainers and parents.
· Take (reports and signals of) improper behaviour and transgressive behaviour seriously. Make an effort to make and keep the subject of integrity a topic of discussion. Ensure a certain degree of alertness in the organisation for improper and/or transgressive behaviour. Encourage reporting of undesirable behaviour. Take adequate action against violations of rules and standards by athletes, employees, supporters and others. · Make an effort to work with honest employees, officials, entrepreneurs, agents, suppliers, sponsors, etc. Ensure that your sports organisation deals internally and externally with people and organisations that are of impeccable conduct. Check whether an official is of good conduct (consult the Register of disciplinary decisions on sexual harassment), request a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and conduct research in relation to the intended position. Also conduct research into trading partners, etc.
· Be aware of the risks of match-fixing and act accordingly. Do not bet on a sport in which you are involved. Do not provide information, which has not yet been made public, about a match or an aspect of a match in which you are involved to bookmakers or others.
· Ensure compliance with rules and standards. Ensure that everyone complies with the regulations, house rules and code of conduct.
